My grandma is in town for a few weeks and today I took her on a little outing. First we went for lunch at a little pasta place I love - Bucas and Pasta then off to the Devonian Botanic Gardens to view many beautiful flowers and plants. Oh and we finished off our day with a little ice cream which we both love. Grandma and I
This was about as close as the geese would let her get.
Carmen and I took in all 4 days of the Calgary Folk Fest this year. It was fun times - the location of Prince's Island Park is a great place to relax on your blankets/tarps and take in live music, even in the rain. It was also great to catch up with a few friends during the weekend. I think it might be an event I attend each year. Want to come next year?
